PetroVest LLC ("PetroVest," "we," "us") operates petrovestscreen.com and the PetroVest Screen lease-screening service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact information you give us. Your name, company, email address, phone number, and anything you tell us when you call, text, or email us, or contact us through our website.
- Account information. If you use PetroVest Screen, your name, email address, company, and login details.
- Information you enter in the tool. Screening criteria, saved leases, ratings, and notes you add.
- Calls and messages. Calls with PetroVest may be recorded and transcribed so we have an accurate record of the conversation. We will tell you at the start of a call when it is being recorded.
- Basic website data. Standard technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location from your IP address.
The oil and gas production data in PetroVest Screen comes from public sources such as the Railroad Commission of Texas. It is not personal information about you.

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law. Call recordings are kept for a limited time; the notes we take from them may be kept longer.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us at the address below. To stop text messages, reply STOP at any time.
Children
Our website and service are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.
